Welcome to our blog! The purpose of this blog is to update our friends and family as Ryan and Keisha head to Montreal to get our newest family member; Ryan's guide dog!! We are thrilled to be selected for this experience and we look forward to the opportunites this dog will bring to Ryan. We will update regularly as we approach our July 2nd departure!

Hey Jen!! We do not know the name or sex of the dog. The dogs Ryan worked with earlier this year had French names (Giron and Alloette) so we are anticipating the same. I have teased Ryan that his dog will probably have a very fru-fru name like Fi-Fi and he has declared that he will change the name if this is the case!
ReplyDeleteMira is very careful in pairing the dog and owner, considering personalities and mobility skills. This being the case, I am expecting that they may have gone out on a limb and Ryan's dog could possibly be named "Rico Suave".
